October Club Day Photos
Our October Club Day. Competition in the centre of the Hall, thank you to all those girls that entered, well done all of you. Judging was done by number of discs in the pot. Thank you to Go Bake for the lovely prizes. Then we had the Citrus Cake tasting on the stage. Sorry only got a photo of my cake, just before it was nearly gone. It was a Lemon Victorian Sponge with a Heart Orange one in the middle. We had Sandra from Kiwi Cakes demonstrating Isomalt, no wonder I never got lovely diamonds from my mould, brought with the Isomalt, from America. they were cloudy because the mold was dull. I have had to use gelatin and flower paste, wasn't impressed. Thank you Sandra, a very interesting demonstration. Hope to see some interesting toppers in the future. In the Lions Den, Kirsty from Milly's impressed us with her cake pops, Madi thought they tasted yummy. Luckily I had wipes in the car.... A lovely day.
We had a wonderful Club Day June 8th. This is Iman's Birthday cake to the Birthday girls below, Yuni, Paula and Karla. - Lucky girls.
Iman demonstrated her gorgeous cup and saucer filled with pink roses.
Florinda demonstrated her Vanilla Orchid, stunning.
